I agree with you David, they are a confident looking group of players. They know that they are deep and loaded. To me they give off the aura of level headed confidence. Early in the season I acknowledge.

Went to the game last night with a buddy, I am a diehard he is your average fan. I told him that the stars to me give off the same vibe the Celtics had at the start of last season. They knew they were the big dogs to beat last year. To me what I see from the stars at the VERY early point of the season.

I am so very excited about this season. I think or maybe hope that last years heartbreak is the 115 octane fuel they will need for this season.

LFG Stars!!!!

Still undefeated. 96-0 here we come 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Well we still haven’t seen the 24/25 Stars yet and now with Dumba’s injury that will move us back some more.when Call Sign Mavrik gets back in the lineup who goes where? Does Wyatt go to the first line? Does Stank stay there? Or does Borque go there? I think the 4th line will be even more impressive when Dadonov gets back there. I just hope this isn’t a injury riddled year.

Thanks David

Logan Stankoven is owed some goals from the hockey gods. Looking forward to seeing a Benn/Bourque/Stanky trio Tuesday night.

With dumba out how does the d sort out? This feels too early for Bichsel but the other 8th d guys have to pass waivers. Does Nill just wait for an E call up for petrovic if one of the now group of 6 can’t go? Or does caponianco have a chance to steal some time?

After seeing Smith last night, I say bring Bichsel in Dallas right now.

Dumba injury, while being a very bad news, gives the team the opportunity to see what Bichsel can do at the NHL level, without any major turmoil in the locker room. It’s not like Bichsel would replace a guy with a long history on this team.

And, Bichsel demonstrated during the pre season that he can take care of himself.

It’s early, but the line driver this year seems to be Stanky. (Similar the Dutch last year). Any line he’s on seems immediately more dangerous. Tough coaching question… do you want him helping Robo/Roope? Or Benn/Wyatt? No offense to a good role player, but Daddy ain’t that driver. And we don’t know what Bourque is until he shows us…. But Stanky IS the real deal!!!

Stray observation... I'm really surprised how bad they've been on faceoffs. Especially since they've been so good for several years in a row. Stray observation #2 - agree with your comments about #5 but I've also noticed that he seems to be physically stronger so far, he's bodied several players off pucks and out of the front off the net which hadn't been the case if prior years.

Still early but 3-0 doesn't suck 👍👍
