I know this narrative gets repeated a lot, and while I don't think it's wrong -- I also don't think Johns would have been THAT guy, just in terms of quality. If anything, I think Johns would have been the ultimate partner for Harley. So it definitely affected the Stars plans, but by this point they'd had ample time to figure things out.

Love Emery at 29, but seeing mocks with Calgary snatching him at 28. Him or Elick would be great, though.
At this point I just hope someone screws up. Calgary definitely make sense though.
