How many subscribers are from Switzerland other than me? Also, the way the broadcast pronounces Bichsel is wrong :) the „sshhh“ sound is incorrect. But I get it, not that easy and Swiss(German) is not the nicest sounding language out there

Yeah, unless more injuries happen, I don't see Bourque getting a lot of playing time....especially with the rat-terrier way the 4th line has been playing. They've been great with size and speed. Says something about the depth we have at forward, especially when Seguin comes back. THis off season is going to be interesting with the salary cap and who we can keep. I don't see us being able to keep granlund but he is playing very well....

Stick taps for the future trey Taylor article. Really excited for that

Also congrats on your move to DFW. Really excited for more in depth player interview stories like Sean used to do on the athletic when he could.

Also maybe we get those breakfast tacos you mention in the sub page? ;)

As far as I am concern, Dadonov should be the healthy scratch in place of Bourque.

Besides some flash here and there, he is not bringing the overall contribution of Bourque.

And he is pretty bad defensively.

But that Vet Status is the same as a jail free card in Monopoly.

Daddy was a healthy scratch back-to-back, and IMHO, Lundqvist is not a certainty. Hope that Dutchy works his contract similar to #14’s as I hope he really feels at home in Dallas. Is it my imagination or old age that says Dumba is playing better ?

Dumba is playing better, he’s definitely not top 4 but those minutes with Big Bisch are solid

If this thing goes as long as we all want it to I imagine we’ll see Bourque at some point, but rn they wanna use that 4th line as a cudgel.

Yeah, it seems to be feast or famine a lot of the time. But there are times when they both do some great stuff. I worry about them lol each shift. But I also look forward to their shifts, no telling what's about to happen. The opposing forwards are probably concerned too, good!

I keep remembering what the opposition did to Pavelski and Co. last year without any physicality in response from us. Dumba and Bichsel bring BOOM,and I say we need some.

I keep forgetting about Lundkvist! The future is not so bleak at D. Just have to deal with a couple buyouts or salary dumps.

Is Bourque being pencilled in for Duchene next season? Granlund is for sure a cap casualty. Should be plenty of spaces for Bourque to stake a claim

I hope not about Dutchy (perhaps referring to him by nickname is a clear sign of my attachment). He seems like he has chemistry with everyone this season. Though I acknowledge that it’s at least in part his call, whether he’ll take less to stay or go get a bigger bag elsewhere.

I too hope Duchene stays and I think he will. He brings swagger and confidence. Seems like maybe he's filling Pavelski's role in a lot of ways.

Somebody else that has swagger and who you want on your side in a war, is everyone's favorite, Matt Dumba 😇 :)

Listen, Dumba-Bichsel is kinda winning me over… they’ve got that ✨ aura ✨ you know, the one that comes from laying big booming hits one minute and then f*cking up major big-time the next 😂
